Our barbell is made to Olympic weightlifting standards for a 20kg Men’s Bar with 220cm length and 50mm end sleeves so as to accommodate any Olympic sized weight plates.  

Our standard Weightlifting Men's Barbells are the best choices for any commercial gyms, home gyms.  

8 NK needle bearings help to make the sleeve covers spin more freely and ensures an even longer service life.

MAINTENANCE For best use of the Barbell, use a dry soft brush to remove the chalk on the bar surface, wipe the bar with oil, brush the oil into the knurl, the rod steel will soak the oil and the bar will then stay healthy. Then wipe off any excess oil with dry cloth.

Either of them has a high grip strength to any 50mm Olympic barbells, they can be used as stoppers for your bumpers and keep your bumpers stay well onto your bars.
